The program for this week's ANU workshop on Philosophical Progress is
now available. The workshop will be held on Thursday July 3 and
Friday July 4 in the Innovations Lecture Theatre (in the Innovations
Building off Garran Road near University House). The workshop is
organized by the ANU Centre for Consciousness and the School of
Philosophy.
The workshop will focus on such questions as: Is there progress in
philosophy? If so, what forms does that progress take? Is there as
much progress in philosophy as in other disciplines? If there is less
progress in philosophy, what explains that fact?
Attendance at the workshop is free, but if you plan to attend, please
e-mail Gemo Virobo at phil.admin.cass@anu.edu.au. If you plan to
attend the conference dinner on Thursday evening at Red Chilli Sichuan
